Kim O'Connell

Founder/Director

Kim has a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Board Certified/Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LABA). She specializes in the treatment of children and adolescents with social cognitive deficits, (organization, planning, shifting skill sets), and interpersonal skill deficits that interfere with learning. Kim has fifteen years of experience as a behavioral health professional. She has provided BCBA consultation services and training to schools for the past twelve years, serving students from preschool age through high school. Kim also specializes in social coaching for adults.

Roxanne Charlton

Staff

Roxanne is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).  Roxanne has an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, and has expanded her experience to working with adolescents as well.  She has been working as an ABA therapist in a middle school for four years and has been with Horizons Social Coaching providing after school ABA services since August 2022.

Chris Kenney

Christine is an ABA therapist and also works at the Darnell school, serving children with autism.  Chris has a Master of Education in Special Eduation, has been in the field of education for 25 years, and practicing as an ABA therapist for 11 years.
